2. Services Offered
OlivePip provides AI-powered marketing campaign generation, including market research, creative asset production (stills, videos, and copywriting). Our services are provided on a "pay-per-campaign" basis.
3. Payments and Billing
OlivePip uses Paystack for secure payment processing. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the immediate and high-compute nature of AI generation, we do not generally offer refunds once a campaign execution has started. If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team at support@olivepip.co.za within 24 hours of purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, OlivePip grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the generated creative assets for your marketing purposes. OlivePip retains ownership of the underlying AI models and proprietary research methodologies.
6. Limitation of Liability
OlivePip provides the services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the performance of the AI-generated content in your marketing efforts. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
